Home About HPSG Houston Petroleum Surveyors Group LLC (HPSG) was founded in 2004, and is owned and operated by three Managers: Ben Couturier, Jeff Reilly, and Susan Reilly. Ben and Jeff are active working Surveyors, and Susan manages the company accounts. The company is run out of the residence of Jeff and Susan Reilly. Ben Couturier Ben has over 25 years of experience in the Surveying, Engineering, and Petroleum Industry. He is a Bachelor of Science graduate of The University of New-Brunswick (Canada) in Survey Engineering (Geomatics,1982). He is a professional member (P.Eng.) of The Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA). Ben has extensive experience in various aspects of surveying ranging from seabed surveys, data acquisition, supervision, QA/QC, logistics, reporting, and management of a variety of geophysical, bathymetric, and construction projects. Most recent experience is on Deepwater Subsea Construction. See Resume. Jeff Reilly Jeff has over 25 years of experience in the Surveying, Engineering, and Petroleum Industry. He is a Bachelor of Science graduate of The University of Oklahoma in Petroleum Engineering (1986) and a Master’s of Science graduate of The University of Florida in Geomatics (1993). He is a Registered Profession Land Survey in the states of Texas, Louisiana, and Florida. Jeff has extensive experience in Subsea Construction, Geodetics, GPS Surveying, Land Surveying, Hydrographic Surveying, Vessel Calibrations and Offset Surveys, and Dimensional Control Surveys. See resume and past projects for specifics. Most recently, Jeff has been worked as a Project Surveyor and Survey Client Representative for Deepwater Construction and Field Development Projects. Susan Reilly Susan manages the company accounts (timesheets, invoicing, expenses, accounting, and accounts receivable). She is a Bachelor of Business Administration graduate of The University of Houston (1993). Susan has over 20 years experience in business and accounting in the Petroleum and Travel Industry.
